Airman air compressor

Airman air compressors are manufactured by Japanese Hokuetsu Industries. Founded in 1938, it started using the brand name AIRMAN in 1952,. Through over 70 years of development, Airman has achieved great achievements such as ISO14001 environmental standards, ISO 9001 quality management standards....
How to choose air tank

How to choose air tank

The air reclever tank is an important device in the compressed air system with these following function of: Accumulating gas, stabilizing pressure, Increase idling time, condensating water in the output etc..

Maintenance of Handsome II air compressor

Compressed air system in factory plays an important role. In order to ensure the stable operation during the manufacturing process, the regulary maintenance is nescessary . However, there are many different problems in fact such as: Air compressors, dusty air dryers, high engine room temperatures, unsecured wind convection ... lead to reduce using time of compressor accessories (air filter, oil filter, oil separator ...). On the other hand, the recommended maintenance in some factories is not seriously followed and there are deviations.

GSA desiccant air dryer GSA desiccant air dryer GSA desiccant air dryer
This air dryer uses desiccant to remove water from the compressed air. Normally, water will be absorbed through the desiccant and kept re-dry, then dry gas will be delivered to the production area. The dew point temperature of the air dryer can be from -60oC to -70oC. The deeper the negative, the cooler the compressed air, which also means the drier the compressed air.

  • Air dryer is an indispensable part of the compressed air system, helping to dry and clean the compressed air before it is put into the duct. Typically, a dryer that filters about 20 liters of air per second delivers about 20 liters of water a day. The cooler (aftercooler) will remove about 15 liters of that amount and more than 7 liters will be removed with the air dryer.

Desiccant air dryers use a desiccant to remove water from the compressed air. Normally, water will be absorbed through the desiccant and kept re-dry, dry gas will be sent to the production area. The dew point temperature of the air dryer can be ranged from -60oC to -70oC. The deeper the negative, the cooler the compressed air, which also means the drier the compressed air.
